CostMetricsDC Ltd is led by Eamonn Kenny, a Commercial and Cost Management professional with over 25 years’ of experience in delivering high-value construction and data centre projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

He has held several Director and Associate-level roles with leading firms, most recently with TSL Ltd, and prior to that, Mace Group. Eamonn currently provides services as an Owner’s Representative for a global data centre developer, while also managing a growing portfolio of clients through CostMetricsDC Ltd, delivering commercial resources and strategic support.

Key Data Centre Commercial services provided over the last two decades include collaborations with industry leaders such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, Iron Mountain, Yondr, CyrusOne and GreenScale, while also working closely with Global Consultancy Firms such as T&T (Turner & Townsend), Gleeds, KPMG Construction Advisory, Mace Consult, RLB (Rider Levett Bucknall).

In each role, Eamonn has led commercial strategy, cost control, and project delivery functions across mission-critical environments. His portfolio includes work with global tech giants and hyperscale data centre operators, managing complex budgets, contracts, and stakeholder expectations with precision and integrity.

With a background in Quantity Surveying and a passion for commercial clarity, Eamonn and the CostMetricsDC team bring a keen eye for value, risk, and delivery certainty to every engagement. His calm leadership and strategic approach make him a trusted advisor in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of data centre construction.
